Terms of UseThe Office was created to offer a calm, thoughtfully maintained environment for focused work, creativity, and quiet productivity. To ensure every guest has a consistent experience, we ask that all visitors treat the space with care, respect, and consideration for others.
The following terms are intended to protect both our guests and the integrity of the space. By reserving or using The Office, you agree to the policies outlined below, including those related to bookings, cancellations, access, conduct, and responsibility for the space during your reservation.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a welcoming and well-cared-for environment for everyone who uses The Office.
Booking & Payment
Reservations are confirmed upon full payment. Session times begin and end as scheduled unless otherwise approved in advance.

Bookings are non-transferable unless approved

Cancellations
Due to the limited nature of reservations, reservations cancelled at least one week prior to the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or complimentary rescheduling. Cancellations made prior to 72 hours of the reservation are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. There will be no refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking.
Same-day bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled for a full refund within 30 minutes of booking.
Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.
Overtime policy
Sessions extending beyond the reserved time may incur additional charges at the hourly booking rate. Please contact via phone/email if you wish to extend your reservation, as requests are subject to availability.
Guest policy:
Individual reservations are limited to two additional guests for a fee. Additional guests must be approved in advance.
Child policy
The Office was created as a calm, focused alternative to working from home — a space designed to support uninterrupted work and creative thinking. While we encourage guests to enjoy the quiet and intentional atmosphere, we understand that life happens. Well-behaved, healthy children are welcome to join you when needed. Out of consideration for others, we kindly ask that sick children not be brought into the space. Please note the space is not childproofed.
Respectful Use / Conduct
Guests are expected to maintain a respectful and professional atmosphere within the space at all times. No excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, smoking, or disruptive behavior.
Damage & Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, or furnishings that occurs during their reservation beyond normal wear and use, including spills, stains, misuse, or excessive cleaning needs.
A valid payment method will be kept securely on file for all reservations. If damages are identified following your session, you will be notified and applicable repair or cleaning charges may be applied to the card on file.
To avoid being held responsible for pre-existing issues, please notify staff promptly upon arrival if you notice any damage or concerns within the space.
Personal Property Disclaimer
The space is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
Wi-Fi / Technology Disclaimer
While every effort is made to provide reliable internet and utilities, uninterrupted service cannot be guaranteed.
Commercial Use / Photography
Commercial productions, content shoots, and large-scale filming require prior approval and may be subject to separate rates.
Right to Refuse Service
The space reserves the right to refuse or terminate reservations that violate these terms or disrupt the experience of others.
Alcohol + Drug Policy
Alcohol consumption, smoking, vaping, and drugs are all prohibited on the property.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted
Force Majeure / Emergencies
The space is not liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by weather, utility outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
